Shipping Within the USA PLEASE NOTE: The shipping rates that come up at checkout are generated from UPS not Fountains n Slate. We do everything possible to help keep shipping rates low. Like packaging your boxes with peanuts & bubble wrap instead of cardboard & paper which weighs more. Shipping rates are determined by weight. USPS is higher in rates on packages over 2 lbs. You have an option at check out to let us know if you'd prefer your order to be shipped through the US Postal Services. We do reimburse the shipping cost difference.
We do NOT charge you for packaging and handling. We take extra precautions and effort to pack your order so it arrives to you in tip-top shape. Our customers come first and we take pride in packing your order.

We ship most orders the same day! Larger orders and special orders are shipped within 1-3 days.We will ship your order when you want it shipped too.
Please bear with us, some special rock orders do take time and will be shipped as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience pertaining to this matter.
IMPORTANT! Contact us immediately if you do not receive your package when it is scheduled to arrive. Please do not wait 3 or 4 weeks to contact us. This makes it harder to track the missing package and help you.
