We had a fun time putting everything together and making it work. It's a dark, snowy day here - so we were able to turn off all the lights and watch it glow in the dark. Wow.
We didn't have any problems putting our Kayaker Fountain together, thanks to your expert instructions!

My problem now is that the more I learn about these fountains, the more difficult it's going to be to choose a new one!

You really saved my day and solved the problem. Thank you for your incredible patience in helping me get the replacement pump to work on our tabletop fountain. I would have never determined that the "hose" on our fountain was supposed to/could fit inside the "hose" included with the new pump...much less have thought to cut your "hose" to make everything work. I can honestly say, "The pump didn't/wouldn't have worked without you!" Thank you; thank you; thank you. I'll recommend Fountains n Slate to anyone looking for fountain pumps.

WT-55s.... and I LOVE them! I create fountains out of found objects, so
being teeny and quiet, and having the pull apart cord gives me much more

I just want to thank you all for such a wonderful experience doing business with Fountain & Slate.
Kismet must have taken me to your site, after several years of looking for just the right Fountain to put in this special enclosure. Seeing I had nothing to loose, I sent off an email, saying what I was looking for and BOOM back came a reply - "Yes we can do that" - even with a price quoted, too. No matter what I requested the price remained the same.
Gee whiz you even impressed my husband and that is rather hard to do. When the packages arrived, we thought we would never get through unwrapping them, they were so well packed and protected. Everything arrived in tip-top shape.
The fountain does exactly what I was looking for and a lot more. Even when the pump didn't work you shipped off a new one by Priority Mail and I had it in my grasp within 3 days. Such service and dedication is rare indeed.
I am not good at photography but my daughter is, so when she comes to visit I'll take even better pictures to show off your creation and my displaying of it. The water falls beautiful and the sound is music to my ears. Here are 4 views for you to see how it is currently displayed but as you know I keep fussing with it, too. Well you can't blame me it's just like Christmas with my new toy to play with.

To Fountains n Slate;
I wanted to write to say thank you for the nice surprise. I recently ordered some light covers for my fountain. I had been unable to find these covers at any local stores. I opened the package to find a refund was enclosed for the unused portion of the shipping costs.
These costs had been billed to me but did not reflect the actual cost of shipping the covers to me. I have never gotten such a refund and the shipping costs from other companies is always more than the actual cost. Thank you for the light covers as well as the great surprise and service.

Thanks for all your help and advice. If this is the kind of help I
get before a sale, I would wholeheartedly recommend your company to
anyone I know. Anyone can sell a pump, but getting help in the
planning stage is another issue. No one else was willing to give me
any advice or help in planning this project.
My local garden center went so far as to tell me I was nuts if I thought this would work,
and made me feel like I was an idiot even for asking !!
You guys are the best, and I will tell everyone I know to check out your website.
Your prices are excellent, but the service is second to none. I will
